BC Electrical Code Training

Self-Paced Online Training provides a flexible learning experience, allowing attendees to progress at their own pace and from any location.

With this format, attendees access online, self-paced training that can be completed on a desktop, laptop, or iPad (the most recommended device). Mobile devices such as Apple iPhones and Android phones will work, but video quality will depend on your internet or Wi-Fi service and your device's age.

Carlo's Biography

With over 40 years of experience in the electrical industry, Carlo Turra brings extensive field, inspection, and instructional expertise to electrical training and code education.

A Red Seal Electrician and Class A Field Safety Representative (FSR), Carlo has worked across multiple sectors of the electrical industry throughout British Columbia. His career includes serving as an Electrical Inspector with Technical Safety BC and continuing inspection work with a local AHJ.

For the past 10 years, he has specialized in teaching and interpreting the Canadian Electrical Code, helping electricians, contractors, apprentices, and industry professionals better understand code requirements and practical applications in the field.

His training combines real-world experience with regulatory insight, providing students with practical knowledge that can be directly applied on the job.
